Sinjin to insta-murder Kent Connolly in the Silver Shroud quest – SOLUTION

Use no clip mode (~tcl) to „fly” behind the Sinjin and talk to him before he kill Kent. It works for me :)

You could also kill Sinjin using (~kill) when you pointing kursor at him :)
